Why Green Mountain Hockey Association?
Green Mountain Hockey Association was created to fill a gap that we saw in the local youth hockey world—a place where too many young athletes were being left out simply because they didn’t fit into the mold of elite travel teams. We believe that every child who wants to play hockey should have the chance to be part of something meaningful.
Our goal is to provide a positive, team-first environment that welcomes players of all skill levels. We focus on building hockey IQ, confidence, character, and a deep love for the game. Here, development goes beyond just basic hockey skills—it’s about teaching kids the game, how to work hard, support each other, and grow as individuals both on and off the ice. This is more than just a team—it’s a community, and there’s a place for everyone.
